Job Description:
Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a world-renowned
University in their search for a Senior Financial Analyst . This
individual will be responsible for providing high-level budget
development and complex financial analysis to support academic and
non-academic missions and goals, and will provide support to the
Senior Vice President for Finance and Administration/Treasurer,
Vice President of Financial Planning and Enterprise Applications,
and the University Budget Director. Why Work here: Growth

employee Hybrid schedule Responsibilities of the Senior Financial
Analyst include but are not limited to: Establish, monitor, analyze
and maintain key components of the University's $300 million
operating budget Support executive management by assisting with the
maintenance and improvement of the multi-year budget and long-range
financial planning model Evaluate the compensation and
non-compensation budgets and requests, including strategic
initiatives and other programmatic analyses Understand stakeholder
priorities and opportunities as well as alignment with
University-wide goals Analyze and communicate developing budget
trends on a timely basis to departments and keeps senior management
apprised of significant budget trends Ensure their mastery of the
available systems are applied in a consistent and effective manner
while maximizing the functionality to support the needs of the team
Senior Financial Analyst Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance
or Accounting 7 years of experience in a budgeting, accounting or
auditing function Experience with higher education or non-profit
setting preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Vaccination and booster required Advanced Excel skills required
Workday Financials, HCM, and Adaptive experience preferred
