application* Description The Civil Superintendent is responsible
for: Oversee daily on-site operations for civil construction
projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and
safety protocols. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors,
and in-house crews to meet project milestones and maintain quality
standards. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance
with safety regulations, company policies, and client expectations.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to
plan and execute work effectively. Resolve on-site challenges
swiftly, including issues related to logistics, resources, and
unforeseen obstacles. Maintain accurate project documentation,
including schedules, reports, and site logs. Lead site meetings and
provide clear communication to teams regarding project updates and
priorities. Profile The Civil Superintnedent will have: Civil
construction experience with a civl contractor / GC (5 years)
Experience building ground-up Healthcare, Commercial, Education, or
Industrial projects valued at $10M Proficiency in reading,
analyzing, and interpreting commercial construction plans,
drawings, and specifications Skilled at negotiation and conflict
resolution Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Familiarity with construction/project management Bachelor's degree
in Engineering or Construction Management (preferred) CPR/First Aid
Certified 10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certification
30-Hour OSHA (preferred) Job Offer The Civil Superintendent will
receive: Base salary up to $150K (flexible) Competitive benefits
