Job Description Job Description Degree in Physical Therapy,
active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A part-time position is
available for a licensed Physical Therapist with prior school-based
experience to support students from pre-kindergarten through 12th
grade in a K-12 school setting located in Hartford, CT. This
contract role runs immediately through June 2026 and requires
availability 1-2 days per week. Key Responsibilities: Provide
physical therapy services tailored to the educational needs of
students across all grade levels (pre-K to 12th grade). Collaborate
with educators, parents, and other school professionals to develop
and implement individualized treatment plans. Monitor student
progress and update therapy goals accordingly. Ensure compliance
with state certification requirements and maintain accurate
documentation. Qualifications: Current certification and licensure
as a Physical Therapist. Demonstrated experience working in school
settings with children across a wide age range. Strong
communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within
interdisciplinary school teams. Ability to adapt therapy approaches
to meet diverse student needs. Location: Hartford, CT Contract
Details: Part-time schedule, approximately 1-2 days per week.
