Job Description:
Constellation, a leader in sustainable energy solutions, is
looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to
join our Engineering & Architecture team. As a Senior Engineer at
Constellation, you will play a pivotal role in developing and
implementing state-of-the-art energy solutions that power homes,
businesses, and public sectors across the U.S. This is an
opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on
innovation and sustainability, contributing to projects that have a
significant impact on energy conservation and efficiency. Lead
complex engineering projects from concept to implementation in
areas such as renewable energy, power systems, and utility
infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design,
test, and optimize energy systems. Ensure compliance with industry
standards, environmental policies, and safety regulations. Provide
expert consultation to improve system performance and integration
of new technologies. Analyze data and create detailed reports to
improve existing processes and guide the strategic planning of
future projects. Mentor junior engineers and staff, providing
guidance and leadership in engineering principles and practices.
Proficiency in advanced engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD,
MATLAB) Solid understanding of energy systems, including renewable
energy technologies and smart grid solutions Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills Excellent project management abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work
collaboratively in a team environment Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Professional Engineer (PE) license
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
Certified Energy Manager (CEM) (beneficial)
