Job Description Job Description About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team at White River Subaru. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles, including electrical troubleshooting, HVAC systems, plumbing, and general maintenance. Your main goal will be to ensure that all vehicles are running smoothly and efficiently, and that our customers are satisfied with the service they receive. You will work closely with our service team to diagnose and repair any issues that arise, and will be responsible for writing routine reports and correspondence to keep our customers informed of their vehicle's status. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Experience with electrical troubleshooting, HVAC systems, plumbing, and general maintenance Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: ASE certification Experience with commercial HVAC systems Experience with preventive maintenance Experience with power tools Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles, including electrical troubleshooting, HVAC systems, plumbing, and general maintenance Diagnose and repair any issues that arise with vehicles Write routine reports and correspondence to keep customers informed of their vehicle's status Collaborate with service team to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized work environment Skills: As a Service Technician, you will use your skills in electrical troubleshooting, HVAC systems, plumbing, and general maintenance on a daily basis. You will also need to have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to diagnose and repair any issues that arise. Additionally, you will need to be able to write routine reports and correspondence to keep our customers informed of their vehicle's status. Your ability to collaborate with our service team and maintain a clean and organized work environment will also be essential to your success in this role.
