Job Description Job Description Flex Etcher – 2nd Shift Join our 2nd?shift team as a Flex Etcher and help produce high?precision panels for world?class customers. In this hands?on role, you’ll run wet chemical etching processes, inspect critical dimensions, maintain equipment, and support plating operations. What You’ll Do Perform manual and conveyor wet chemical etching following standard work instructions. Read traveler notes and apply special processing needs. Measure panel dimensions using micrometers, thickness gauges, and related tools. Document measurements, process parameters, and production trends. Process panels through wet chemical tanks, ensuring proper alignment and handling. Support plating operations through cross?training. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Perform routine preventive maintenance on etch equipment (belts, pumps, filters, etc.). Meet daily production targets with minimal supervision. Communicate equipment or material concerns to leadership. Work collaboratively to support production and continuous improvement. What You Bring High school diploma or GED. 1 year experience in wet chemical etching, plating, or related manufacturing (preferred). Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with hand tools. Clear reading/writing skills and legible documentation. Basic math, multitasking, and time?management abilities. High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.60 - $19.60/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
