Job Description:
Our client, a leader in industrial manufacturing, is seeking a
dedicated Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As an
Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you will be an essential part of
the Industrial department supporting the maintenance and repair of
machinery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving
skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will
align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Industrial
Maintenance Mechanic Location: Westwood, MA Pay Range: Shift: 1st
Shift - Monday to Friday from 7AM to 3PM OR 2nd Shift - Monday to
Friday from 3PM to 11PM What's the Job? Responsible for the upkeep
and repair of industrial machinery. Perform preventative
maintenance inspections to ensure equipment reliability. Diagnose
mechanical issues and identify root causes of equipment failures.
Disassemble and replace faulty parts to restore machinery
functionality. Utilize machine tools to fabricate replacement
components when necessary, ensuring equipment operates efficiently.
What's Needed? High School Diploma or equivalent. Mechanical and
electrical knowledge and background is required. Knowledge of
hydraulics, pneumatics, and pumps. Welder experience is preferred.
Ability to bend, lift, push, walk, and stand throughout a shift;
willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed. English is
