Job Description:

Due to the company's expansive portfolio growth, the Evolved By Nature team is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Manager to lead all on-site manufacturing of Activated Silk, personal care, with a prioritized focus on our medical device business. -We're seeking an experienced individual able to balance leadership with a hands-on approach, with the ability to grow as the company expands. -This position is located in our Medford, MA headquarters, and reports into SVP Operations.

Primary Responsibilities:
Drive standard work with strong controls and organization within the growing medical business. -Plan manufacturing runs to maintain clinical and development activities. -Design & implement process flow charts to ensure efficiency and compliance. -Actively participate in the supply chain and quality functions across medical programs.
Lead day-to-day manufacturing and order fulfillment activities at the Medford location, managing the Team Leaders/Supervisors and manufacturing associates.
As required, perform hands-on manufacturing support.
Hire and train new team members.
Develop and execute production plans to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Advance documentation and standard work to drive continuous improvement in a lean manufacturing environment.
Continually drive quality, productivity and efficiency.
Work cross functionally across the organization for support in Logistics, Supply Chain, Quality, R&D, etc.
Work with Quality Assurance and Customer Service to investigate product complaints.
Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans.
Prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
10+ years related experience in Manufacturing
5+ years in the med device market preferred
