exceptional monoclonal antibodies, PTMScan--, a technology to
discover protein post-translational modifications, and
PhosphoSitePlus--, an online resource for investigation of

progress in biomedical research and medicine. The role We are
looking for a talented and highly motivated Business Development
Manager to contribute to the development of strategic business
plans that drive the expansion and diversification of CST's product
portfolio. This Business Development Manager reports to the
Director of Business Development and collaborates closely with
CST's internal Data Analytics, Product Marketing, and R&D Teams
to identify and evaluate potential opportunities that align with
strategic growth objectives. They will be responsible for
developing external partnerships with potential suppliers and
licensors to improve CST's market position and drive long-term
growth, including driving the negotiation and execution of
licensing agreements. While the primary responsibility of this role
is in-licensing , there will also be opportunity to participate in
and/or lead other cross-functional projects within the organization
as needed. You'll have the opportunity to Drive business case
development and analysis on potential opportunities Identify
sources of value for products and/or technologies Collaborate
cross-functionally to devise a strategic engagement plan with
licensors and suppliers crucial to the execution of CST's portfolio
strategy Proactively engage with potential partners and negotiate
terms and conditions for subsequent agreements that enable CST's
portfolio strategy Act as the business lead for opportunities and
projects, with ownership of all stakeholder communication Partner
with legal throughout the contract negotiation and execution
process to identify, understand, and communicate legal risks to
upper management Lead agreement integration cross-functionally,
with focus on smooth implementation and execution Who you are and
what you bring to the team An analytical and strategic thinker with
a passion for evaluating potential opportunities and making data
driven decisions that drive business growth A highly effective
communicator and collaborator with a strength for building
relationships both internally and externally, with all levels of
stakeholders including senior leaders, executives, and academic PIs
Demonstrated success in business case development with the ability
to effectively present analysis and recommendations to all levels
of management 5 years relevant experience in business development
or technology transfer within life science industry or academia
Project management experience Direct experience with contract
administration, negotiation, execution, and integration Basic
knowledge of immunoassays, antibody applications, and associated
technologies A Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences focus area (a PhD
in Life Sciences or an MBA is beneficial, but not required) What we
