Our treatment setting is intimate with a high staff-to-client ratio, and an emphasis on individual therapy and highly individualized treatment. We seek a Full-Time Assistant Clinical Director to lead our multi-disciplinary team at Monte Nido Laurel Hill located just north of Boston in the New England town of Medford, Massachusetts. Situated in a tranquil home, Monte Nido Laurel Hill provides a healing environment where clients can focus on recovery and regain a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. This program supports up to 10 adult females who are working towards recovery. Exciting opportunity to develop your career in mental health and the eating disorder field! Responsibilities Include

• Assist the Clinical Director in oversight of the program and management of the milieu
• Provide effective leadership to the clinical staff and support to the multidisciplinary treatment team
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy
• Conduct clinical assessments
• Participate in discharge and aftercare planning
• Model healthy relationship with food when working during facility meal times Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a clinical counseling discipline (e.g., Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling)
  • Licensed in a clinical counseling field (e.g. LMHC, LICSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW)
  • One year of experience working in a behavioral health setting with management experience is preferred
  • Prior experience treating individuals eating disorders in a residential or hospital setting helpful
