The Sales Director, CRO , will be responsible for orchestrating the sales process from lead generation, prospect new business, maintain and grow existing client accounts and ensure sales strategies meet revenue objectives. He/she will build and forge strong relationships throughout their respective client base while developing and implementing agreed upon sales strategies. The Director of Sales will serve as the primary contact with all CROs and be responsible for end-to-end customer lifecycle providing updates and sales forecasts to the Executive Committee.

Cultivate a strong client base
- Develop a strong sales pitch for CROs to map how YourBio Health can deliver on their unmet needs in conjunction with Marketing team
- Develop and implement a CRO business plan with clearly defined strategies and objectives
- Develop an annual forecast with quarterly revenue targets
- Nurturing existing accounts
Ensure technical delivery of all programs with excellence
Effectively translate business-to-technical requirements, and vice versa to implement clinical trial needs
Partner with Product Manager and IT on
The development and implementation of a frictionless customer experience to maximize revenue and margin
If applicable: deliver a frictionless end-user experience via digital interface and expertise of CX/UX
Identify the requirements of the diagnostic labs and partner across R&D and IT to deliver seamless end-to-end processes
Optimize market propositions with agility
Consistently feed customer intelligence into YourBio Health Marketing Team to enable the best positioning of our CRO proposition
Attend conferences and tradeshows to sharpen understanding of industry needs; use these experiences to network and build lead generation
Build the Brand
Live the Brand profile and purpose to deliver a clearly articulated positioning that differentiates YourBio in the marketplace
Own/support development of annual business assessments and plans
Lead people
Influence key stakeholders and develop talent of cross-functional teammates and (potential) direct reports with a bias for action and inclusion
Lead development teams to deliver products and services with excellence

Education and Experience:
BA required with at least 5 years sales experience with knowledge to Clinical Research Organizations
Physical Requirements:
Remote work location - prefer Boston area
Must be willing to travel up to 60%
