Licensed Clinical Supervisor - Young Adult Program
Starting Salary: 55k for full time, prorated for 32 hours . Full time can be offered by adding outpatient cases.
What You will Do:
Teach and Mentor clinicians to operate within to their highest scope of expertise and practice.
Provide supervision, training and direction for Bachelor's Level Clinicians.
Participate in weekly on call rotation.
Collaborate and innovate case management
Communicate with other Wayside departments for clinical care
Oversee and support the clinical care of all clients treatment needs and communicate concerns to Program Director.
High quality customer service (i.e. ability to connect with others, approachability, being respectful to others, able to communicate with others at all levels, strong client engagement skills, etc.).
Diversity , Equity & Inclusion clinical knowledge, specific work with young adults in trauma informed care models of treatment.
Knowledge of DMH resources, special education law and services, and other social service resources and how to access them.
Knowledge of a broad range of mental health/ illness issues, treatment modalities, and theory.
Inspiring Teacher & Mentor and able to offer supervision of clinicians supporting growth traits & excellent clinical intervention
High quality writing skills
Strong crisis management skills with the ability to assess and manage risk (i.e. comfortable handling unpredictable situations, must be effective at directing others in a crisis).
Experience with populations with less access and rights such as : undocumented, LGBTQ youth Youth who are BIPOC and Young Adults at risk for houselessness and folx who have an acute mental health diagnosis
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Education : Master's degree
Minimum Work Experience: Must be in the field for a minimum of 2 years
Licensure: LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC required
Certification: N/A
Perform Supervisory Duties : Yes
A valid driver's license is required with the understanding that daily use of your personal vehicle may be necessary.
