About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Gastroenterology team at Mass General Brigham. As a Motility Lab RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, providing operating efficiencies, and ensuring compliance with hospital and regulatory policies and standards of practice.Key Responsibilities

• Deliver care in the outpatient motility procedural rooms
• Perform motility tests on patients
• Facilitate the flow of the motility procedure rooms, including patient intake, procedure, and post-procedure clean up
• Ensure the motility procedure rooms are kept up to standard with DPH and MGH requirements
• Order supplies and equipment for the motility procedure rooms
• Work closely with scheduling teams to ensure efficient use of rooms and resources
• Provide an environment for effective patient-focused nursing careRequirements
  • Valid Massachusetts RN licensure
  • Experience working in a tertiary/academic medical center preferred
  • Experience working with Epic care preferred
