Job SummaryMass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Operating Room Charge Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leadership in the operating room.Key Responsibilities

• Partner with nursing leadership to plan and implement patient care at the service/department level.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide excellent care to patients and families in the safest environment.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Requirements
  • Current Massachusetts license.
  • Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
  • Three years of experience in nursing with directly related clinical experience and demonstrated leadership ability.
