Job Description:

Duration: 13 Weeks - 26 Weeks Shift: 8H day (8am-4:30pm - Preferred schedule is Tue- Fri with a rotating weekend) Gaurenteed Hours: 32H/week Registered Dietitian – Job Duties Assess patients’ nutritional needs based on medical history, lab results, lifestyle, and dietary habits. Develop individualized nutrition care plans for patients in accordance with clinical guidelines and physician recommendations. Educate patients and families on healthy eating habits, therapeutic diets, and chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, renal disease). Monitor patient progress, adjust nutrition plans as needed, and document interventions and outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and speech therapists to support patient care. Supervise meal planning and food service operations in healthcare facilities to ensure dietary compliance. Conduct nutrition screenings and risk assessments for malnutrition or other deficiencies.
