Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 20 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Title: RN – Emergency Room Location: Newport, VT 05855 Duration: 20 Weeks Shift/Schedule: Day – 7am – 7pm Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week Job Responsibilities: - Being ready to respond and equipped to deal with a medical emergency. Quickly assessing patient needs. Treating critical injuries, allergic reactions, and trauma. Performing minor medical operations. Cleaning wounds. Drawing blood. Maintaining emergency room care standards. Assisting with insurance paperwork. Ensuring the efficiency of the patient check-in process.
