Hampshire Start Date: December 15, 2025 Location: Manchester, New
Hampshire Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Day or night shift available; every third weekend;
variable patient ratios based on acuity (ECMO 2:1, post-operative
cardiac 1:1, critical ICU 1:1, typical ICU 1:2, step-down 1:3-4)
Highlights: 20-bed mixed medical and surgical Intensive Care Unit
with comprehensive critical care equipment including ECMO, Impella,
IABP, CRRT, ventilators, and advanced cardiac devices Work with
advanced technologies: IV pumps, telemetry monitors, rapid
transfusers, Blanketrol therapy systems, chest tubes, and high-flow
nasal cannula Exposure to critical procedures including central
line and arterial line insertion, chest tube placement, intubation,
pericardiocentesis, thoracentesis, TEE cardioversion, and
transvenous pacing wire insertion EMR system: Sunrise Collaborative
team environment with charge nurse support and appropriate staffing
ratios based on patient acuity Floating limited to Progressive Care
Unit Requirements: Active New Hampshire RN license or ability to
obtain ACLS and BLS certifications required Telemetry experience
mandatory Progressive Care Unit or higher-level experience required
Experience with critical drips, ventilators, and ICU-level care
strongly preferred Prior ICU experience highly desirable Organized,
adaptable personality with ability to manage changing patient
acuity and fast-paced critical care environment Why It's a Great
