Physical Therapist Location: Saint Johnsbury, VT Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,386 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/19/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Rehabilitation Therapy Specialty: Physical Therapist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: Experience in a home care setting is preferred License: VT licensure as a Physical Therapist Certifications: Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required Must-Have: Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team Description: We are seeking a Physical Therapist for in-home therapy services. The successful candidate will provide services to maximize the independence and safety of our patients. Candidates must work well independently while also being collaborative team members.
