Job Description Commonwealth Healthcare LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Concord, New Hampshire. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days, on call - Employment Type: Travel Will accept 36-or 48-hr guarantee/nSubmission Requirements:/nUp to date resume that includes 2 years of experience in (specialty) and documents travel experience./nSkills Checklist matching specialty/nDrivers licenses with address that matches demographics/nActive NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission/nNURSYS Report Licenses verification with all active RN licenses/nRTO MUST be included at time of submission/nEMR Exp Preferred: Cerner - experience is preferred not required/nCurrent Certifications required: BLS required, NHISS needed prior to start., ACLS preferred/nWill need to take a Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding with a passing score of 80%/n/n3 yrs minimum Tele experience is necessary. Anyone with experience in managing TR band, post cath or cardiac procedure, managing hemostasis.
