This opportunity is for an Occupational Therapist to provide specialized support in school settings, serving students who benefit from therapeutic intervention to enhance their daily learning and functional skills. Based in Framingham, MA, this role involves travel to multiple educational sites, offering a dynamic and varied work environment. Key responsibilities include: Assessing students' needs and developing individualized occupational therapy plans Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to implement effective interventions Providing direct therapy services to support student participation and independence Documenting progress and maintaining compliance with educational and therapeutic standards Participating in team meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary planning Desired qualifications and experience: Current Occupational Therapy license and relevant certification Experience working in school-based settings preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and staff Willingness and ability to travel between multiple school locations within the area Knowledge of educational regulations and therapeutic approaches suitable for school-aged children This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on students' educational experiences while working in a supportive, collaborative environment.
