our community. We are currently seeking an energetic and
independently licensed master's level clinician (LICSW or LMHC) to
join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to make a
meaningful impact in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop
individualized treatment plans. Provide individual and group
therapy to support patients’ mental health and recovery goals.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA
and clinical standards. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. Connect patients with
community resources and support systems during care transitions.
Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current
with best practices in behavioral health. Qualifications Master’s
degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an
accredited institution. Active Massachusetts LICSW or LMHC license
(required). Experience in behavioral health, individual and/or
group therapy preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills; ability to work with diverse populations. Knowledge of
HIPAA regulations and clinical documentation standards.' Company
