experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to

Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and
diagnoses. Prescribe medications and monitor treatment outcomes.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Collaborate
with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, social
workers, and counselors. Develop and implement individualized
treatment plans. Educate patients and their families about mental
health conditions and treatment options. Maintain accurate and
up-to-date patient records. Qualifications: Master's degree in
Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing.
Current PMHNP licensure in the state of Vermont. Minimum of 5 years
of experience as a PMHNP. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic
skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability
to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for providing
