ICU/Critical Care RN in Worcester, Massachusetts, 01608! Job Title:
ICU Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 10 -

of experience License: Active RN license required Certifications:
ACLS, BLS required Must-Have: Minimum of 0 years of experience
required. Ability to assess, plan, and implement direct clinical
care. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Commitment to
quality patient care and safety. Description: The ICU Registered
Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing and planning care
for assigned patients per shift. This role includes implementing
direct clinical care and managing unit-level activities.
Supervision of delegated care to staff is a key responsibility. The
position supports leadership in ensuring high-quality, safe, and
appropriate nursing care. Accountability for competency of clinical
staff and resource management related to patient care is required.
Shifts may vary in length and there may be a call rotation
involved. Dedicated scrubs will be provided for staff members. 5
