As a Clinical Nurse II on the E8 Rehab unit, you will handle complex nursing situations, contribute to patient rehabilitation, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to formulate patient-specific care plans. Assess patient health problems and needs while developing and implementing nursing care plans Maintain medical records and administer medications and treatments Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention Facilitate patient rehabilitation with tailored interventions Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of patient care Support patient and family education concerning illness treatment and recovery Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions Proficient in clinical nursing skills with a focus on rehabilitative care Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Knowledge of healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) preferred BLS Certification
