As a Nurse Extern PRN, you will work under the supervision of experienced nurses and medical staff, assisting in patient care and recovery. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and nurturing environment, enhancing your skills and knowledge in orthopedic post-surgical therapy. Assist in monitoring and recording patient conditions post-surgery under the guidance of registered nurses and physicians. Support the implementation of care plans for patients recovering from orthopedic procedures. Facilitate communication between patients, family members, and the healthcare team. Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve care standards.
