General Urologist opening in Brattleboro, VTLocation:

Seeking a General Urologist to join an established single-site
urology practice in Brattleboro, VT. Collaborative team model with
one established urologist and a nurse practitioner. Provide
comprehensive urologic care to adult and pediatric patients.
Outpatient clinic and surgical practice in modern operating rooms.
Diagnose and manage kidney stones, BPH, incontinence, UTIs, and
other common urologic conditions. Perform surgical procedures
including preoperative planning and postoperative follow-up.
Provide hospital and ER consults as needed. Participate in quality
improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.
Community-focused hospital with supportive leadership. Emphasis on
work-life balance. Schedule Structure: Single-site coverage. Light
call schedule. Approximately 7 days of call per month. Position
Offers: Salary range: $300,000-$400,000 annually. Compensation
based on experience and market competitiveness. Modern surgical
facilities. Supportive, team-based practice environment. Community
hospital setting with strong local referral base. Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology. Completion of
accredited Urology residency (U.S. or Canada). Active Vermont
license (must be obtained prior to start). DEA required prior to
start. Clean malpractice history. NPDB self-query required at
presentation. Not accepting visa candidates. Candidates must reside
within one hour of the facility. Not open to locum or locum-to-perm
candidates. Position must be primary employment (no concurrent
