$3,532.00 Job Summary The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides
basic nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)
or physician. The LPN supports patient care by monitoring health
status, administering medications, assisting with daily living
activities, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. Key
Responsibilities Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and
health status Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including
bathing, dressing, and feeding Collect samples for laboratory
testing Perform basic wound care and dressing changes Document
patient care accurately in medical records Communicate changes in
patient condition to supervising RN or physician Assist in
implementing care plans developed by the RN Educate patients and
families on basic health and wellness topics Maintain infection
control and safety standards Required Qualifications Active
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program Current Basic
Life Support (BLS) certification Knowledge of basic nursing
principles and clinical procedures Understanding of healthcare
regulations and patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
Preferred Qualifications 1–2 years of clinical experience
(preferred, depending on setting) Experience in long-term care,
rehabilitation, or outpatient settings IV certification (if
