Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Lebanon, NH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,400 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 5/11/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Float Pool Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred License: Valid RN license for NH Certifications: BLS with compact Must-Have: Proficiency in memory care techniques and protocols Description: May Starts Only - Days, 40 hours. Care for long-term residents in a nursing facility. Duties include medication administration. Experience with EMR: PCC (Point Click Care) is required. Proficiency in memory care techniques and protocols is essential. Knowledge of MDS (Minimum Data Set) assessments for long-term care facilities is needed. Familiarity with operations in skilled nursing, sub-acute, and dementia units is important. Strong background in case management practices is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a medical office environment is necessary. Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and task management strategies are required. Provide support in specialized areas such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, substance use disorders, and pain management. Assess resident health problems and develop and implement nursing care plans. Monitor resident progress and respond to changes in condition. Preferred candidates will have familiarity with IV skills, IV medications, tube feedings, and light wound care.
