Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited
program approved by the APTA. Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy
license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from
the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be
required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings
preferred. Experience with rehabilitation equipment such as
therapeutic exercise tools, gait training aids, and modalities
preferred. Documentation proficiency in electronic medical record
systems preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled
Nursing Facility. Primary Specialty: Physical Therapist. Location:
