Active Rhode Island Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience in skilled nursing facility environments preferred. Experience with documentation in electronic medical records preferred. Clinical experience treating adult geriatric populations preferred. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
