PHP is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a
travel nursing job in Burlington, Vermont. Job Description &
Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start
Date: 07/28/2025 Duration: 32 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12
hours, nights Employment Type: Travel 26-32 week assignment-EVERY
WEEKEND- MS Tele RN for M5/McClure 5: Neurosurgical & surgical
unit, minimum of every other weekend. Requirements: • Prior travel
required • Must have large, teaching facility experience • A
minimum of 2 years of unit experience is required • AHA BLS, AHA
ACLS, and NIHSS; NIHSS is required prior to start • Epic experience
from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable
Additional Information: • No block schedules for any reason • This
facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR,
facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit • Please
ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained •
