Job Description:

HomeWorks Energy is looking for a Recruiting Manager to work with the Talent Acquisition department. This role includes recruiting, monitoring recruitment progress from sourcing to hiring, overseeing a team of recruiters, and identifying top talent for the organization. The Recruiting manager will be responsible for executing against the company's growth plan, building out solid talent acquisition practices, reviewing gross hire models, and managing key performance indicators and metrics.

  • Recruit, manage, develop, and train a team of recruiters to fill various levels of exempt and non-exempt roles within the organization
  • Partner with department leaders to forecast hiring needs, develop short- and long-term staffing strategies to achieve hiring targets
  • Measure, and track key recruitment metrics, including quality of hire, recruiter performance, high volume conversion rates, time to fill, and cost per hire
  • Drive consistency and scalability in all recruitment practices, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Provide leadership and guidance around streamlining processes
  • Prepare, manage, and execute against the Talent Acquisition budget, meeting a cost per hire target
  • Implement best practices for sourcing passive candidates on social media and other job boards
  • Build university recruitment and internship programs, maintaining a constant flow of potential candidates, interested in HWE career opportunities
  • Build a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion recruitment program that attracts and retains a diverse and inclusive candidate pipeline for all open positions
  • Manage external partnerships with agencies, job boards, and recruiting software vendors, including negotiating new contracts

      • 3+ years in a recruiting leadership capacity in both a high-volume and non-high volume hiring environment
      • 5 - 7 years recruiting in both high and non-high-volume environments
      • Experience managing a team sourcing a variety of roles, from entry level field labor, highly skilled labor, sales, call center to technical, manager, and director level talent
      • Experience with in-house corporate recruiting required; agency recruitment experience is a plus
      • Experience leading a team filling 300 - 500 requisitions annually
      • Experience working in a high growth, fast paced environment
      • Expert in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
      • System Admin experience in Applicant Tracking Systems required, JazzHR preferred
      • Demonstrated success in strategic sourcing including internet sourcing and direct candidate contact
      • Solid understanding of recruitment marketing strategies and best practices
