CFS is working with a local nonprofit organization in their search for a Human Resources Generalist to join their team.

  • Completing onboarding and offboarding for employees
  • Coordinating with the department managers to schedule interviews
  • Processing leave requests
  • Answering benefits questions as requested by employees
  • Ad-hoc support for department managers as neededDesired Skills of the Human Resources Generalist:
    • 3+ years' experience in Human Resources
    • Experience with unions is a plus
    • No education requirement
