  Responsibilities of the Human Resources Generalist:
  
  • 
    
  • Completing onboarding and offboarding for employees
    
  • Coordinating with the department managers to schedule interviews
    
  • Processing leave requests
    
  • Answering benefits questions as requested by employees
    
  • Ad-hoc support for department managers as needed
    
    Desired Skills of the Human Resources Generalist:
    
    • 
      
    • 3+ years' experience in Human Resources
      
    • Experience with unions is a plus
      
    • No education requirement
