Overview The Human Capital team comprises about 25 professionals
committed to attracting, developing, and retaining excellent

role every day. The Global Talent Acquisition team is central to
CRA’s success by identifying great talent to join our firm. In this
role, you will support and participate in full life-cycle
university recruitment, and work closely with the global Talent
Acquisition team to coordinate day-to-day operational processes
that support the acquisition of top talent. This position reports
to a Talent Acquisition Specialist. We seek a Talent Acquisition
Co-op (Intern) from July - December 2026 to play an instrumental
role in executing our growth strategy. We seek a creative,
organized, and energetic individual who is interested in learning
more about, and is excited by, the process of recruiting
exceptional talent to the firm. Responsibilities may include:
Coordinate candidate life-cycle operations for a variety of
practice areas, offices, and levels; Support Senior Associate
(PhD-level) recruiting strategy development and implementation;
Requisition intake and creating/posting job openings; Identify and
source candidates; Review resumes, schedule interviews, and manage
logistics of the interview process; Support data collection and
analysis for our talent acquisition efforts; Track candidate
progress in our Applicant Tracking System. Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master's Degree (in progress) in Human Resources or a
related field (Business, Education, Counseling, etc.); Proficiency
in Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook),
advanced knowledge of Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables) desirable;
Exposure to applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and
other recruiting technology (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.); Ability to
execute, with a track record of getting things done - able to
advance projects with persistence as well as with diplomacy and
tact, demonstrated willingness to take ownership of work; Curious
and analytical thinkers who bring creative approaches to
non-standard problems; Strong teamwork and collaboration
capabilities. Strong sense of professionalism; Effective written
and oral communication skills; Excellent time management, task
prioritization, and detail orientation; Good judgment and ability
to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. To Apply To
