We---re a growing company with a team of highly dedicated IT professionals who give their all to help our enterprise flourish. The ideal candidate for this position can prioritize mission critical tasks and coordinate the construction and expansion of client---s systems so updates and other maintenance tasks don---t get in the way of daily operations. Clients are interested in automating as many of their processes as possible to reduce the potential for human error. Responsibilities Include, Not Limited to The Following -- Microsoft Server Management (2012-2021) o Add/remove server roles o Server Management/troubleshooting -- Group policies -- DNS/DHCP -- Windows Share/NTFS Permissions -- Distribution/security group management -- NPS -- MSCA -- Hypervisor Management o VMware vCenter 5.X o Hyper-V -- Backup Management o Image based backups (Veeam) o Cloudberry o Azure backups -- Azure Management o Subscription Management o Creation/modification of resources based on company standards including but not limited to -- Virtual Networks -- Virtual firewalls/appliances -- VPN connections -- Server appliances, server operating systems, and server services -- Additional Azure resources -- Azure backup -- Microsoft Office 365 Administration o Identity Management -- Modification of user accounts and attributes -- Dirsync Management o Exchange Management -- Modification of mail flow rules -- Implementation of archive policies -- Implementation and review of litigation holds -- Modification of Full Access and Send-as Rights o Sharepoint Management (experience a plus) o Teams Management (experience a plus) -- MDM (experience a plus) o Tablets/phones o Mobile computers -- SSO/MFA Management o Azure/Okta o Setup and configuration of new tenant, policies, and applications -- Network Management o Configure and troubleshoot layer 2 and layer 3 devices o Configure network interfaces o Configure VPNs (Azure, AWS, Policy/Route based) o Configure routing, NAT policies, and ACLs o Troubleshoot issues relating to security services and/or general issues o WLC configuration/management (cloud/on-premise) o 802.11ac (aironet/xirrus) -- Antivirus Management o Microsoft Defender o Sophos -- Escalation Point o Handle escalation request- can add more to this later Qualifications -- A minimum of 3 years--- experience in a Systems Engineering or Administration role: o Windows Desktop applications; various operating systems such as Windows 7, 8, 10, Server 2012 R2 and Server 2016 a plus. -- Experienced applicants with focused experience in Microsoft environments of 500-1500 end users and/or MSP experience are urged to apply -- Broad experience in Active Directory technologies -- Knowledge of software applications and basic hardware for the PC -- Creating and maintaining user self-help documentation, technical documentation and procedural documentation. Requirements -- Excellent customer service, written and oral communication skills. -- Self-motivated and goal driven, with the ability to multitask and to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment. -- Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential. -- Incumbent must have reliable transportation to travel between client sites and the main office, on a frequent basis, and at a moment---s notice. o Travel to and from client sites on a very regular basis, sometimes daily, to service on-site needs. -- Promote a positive atmosphere working with their surrounding Auxzillium team members. -- Ability to take tests and earn certifications. -- Handle escalations given by the Desktop Team. -- Familiar with project processes and able to work in a fast paced, dynamic setting. -- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, status actions items, respond to changing priorities, and react to short deadlines.
