commercial real estate investment and management firm is seeking a
highly organized and motivated Paralegal to support its
Construction, Property Management, and Corporate teams. This role
will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of contracts related to a
sizable and active property portfolio, totaling several million
square feet. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented
professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a
collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset to contract and
compliance operations. Key Responsibilities Lead the firm's
internal contract management process, ensuring procedures are
optimized, consistent, and efficient Draft, track, and help
negotiate vendor, contractor, and service provider agreements in
alignment with internal risk policies Coordinate collection of
supporting documentation (COIs, W-9s, corporate documentation,
etc.) to ensure timely contract execution Collaborate with
insurance brokers, counsel, and operations leads on contract
deviations and risk mitigation Maintain a centralized contract
repository and manage ongoing updates, renewals, and change orders
Support vendor onboarding through internal systems and assist with
digital signature and filing workflows Develop and refine standard
contract templates and processes in conjunction with internal
stakeholders and external counsel Assist with lease-related
contract obligations such as tenant improvement reimbursements and
construction approvals Partner with leadership on operational
improvements and technology upgrades within the legal/contracts
function Qualifications Paralegal certificate required Bachelor’s
degree or equivalent experience in commercial real estate,
construction, or legal operations 2–5 years of experience handling
contracts in a commercial real estate or construction-related
setting Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle
competing deadlines Familiarity with contract risk terms, insurance
documentation, and vendor compliance Excellent communication skills
and a client-service approach to internal and external interactions
Experience with DocuSign and/or other contract workflow tools
preferred Must be eligible to work in the U.S.; sponsorship is not
