Job Description:
Our client, a leading organization in the food manufacturing
industry, is seeking a dedicated Production team member to join
their dynamic team. As a Production associate, you will be an
essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting various
operational functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate
attention to detail, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, which
will align successfully within the organization. Job Title:
Production associate Location: Medford, MA Pay Range: $16.00/Hr.
Shift: 1st and 2nd shift What's the Job? Perform tasks such as
packing, sorting, and counting in a fast-paced environment Monitor
for foreign materials and ensure adherence to quality standards
Follow safety policies and report any issues promptly Work in
production areas that may experience hot or cold conditions Rotate
through different positions to support various production needs
What's Needed? Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness Willingness to
follow GMP and company policies Good communication skills and
teamwork orientation Physical ability to perform manual tasks and
