IN A NUTSHELL--- The Harvester Role is an integral part of the Harvest Department's success on a daily basis. The Harvester is responsible for setting the pace for the Harvest team by efficiently cutting down and processing cannabis plants from the day's batch, and assisting with any other tasks in the department in order to meet daily production goals.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Harvesting between 30-50 cannabis plants on a daily basisWorking with a small team of 2-4 HarvestersAdditional tasks: De-sticking, De-fanning and other tasks in the Cure Room/Trim RoomAdhering to production requirements and plant count goalsCompletes work in a timely manner to maintain the flow of productionWorking closely with Cure Room Supervisors to maintain the proper flow of productionCleaning personal equipment and maintaining an organized workspace Maintaining time and attendance as well as all other conduct related requirements at all timesFollowing Parallel policies and procedures for daily operation to comply with state medical marijuana regulationsAll other duties as assigned
