Job Description:

The Recruiter at MelroseWakefield Healthcare is a critical member of the Talent Acquisition Team. In this role you will be responsible for recruiting top talent for#all areas#across our facilities. You will partner closely with hiring managers and executives to develop a strong understanding of their#needs and to support all hiring initiatives.# You are responsible for the creation and implementation of proactive recruitment strategies, for the development of#the talent pipeline, for creating effective strategies to support diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and to provide an exceptional candidate experience for all. Responsibilities include:# SOURCING CANDIDATE Developing#proactive strategies#to source candidates. May include a combination of position web based advertising, contacting candidates directly, conducting hiring events#and use of other non-traditional and traditional recruiting techniques. INTERVIEWING Prescreening of applicants before they are sent over to Hiring Mangers for consideration.# Ensuring all candidates meet the minimum requirements of the position. Use of#appropriate Behavioral Interviewing techniques Obtaining references to support the hiring decision Ensuring HR policies,#labor, pay, benefits, health and safety laws and regulations are met through the interviewing process SELECTION/DESELECTION NOTIFICATION Extends offer to candidates Responsible for notifying candidates that are not selected of the hiring decision.#Efforts are extended to ensure that candidates are treated with dignity and respect and remain positive about employment with MelroseWakefield Healthcare# PROJECT SUPPORT Works creatively with assigned business units to rollout initiatives Seeks opportunities to improve productivity of the Recruitment function REPORT GENERATION Tracking and reporting of TA metrics Ensure information is entered in a timely manner for reporting purposes Meet due dates assigned (i.e. Bi-weekly and vacancy reports). COMMUNICATION Achieve timely communication with candidates and internal customers Ensure offer letters are reviewed, verified, and emailed/mailed within 1 business day Possess strong understanding of business needs Collaboration with managers TIME-TO-FILL ###### Open positions are filled within established time to fill guidelines Implement proactive sourcing strategies for hard to fill positions TEAMWORK Responsible for contributing to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the department. Demonstrate positive attitude and willingness to support efforts#across the HR Division # Requirements:# Bachelor#s degree and 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience# Healthcare experience strongly preferred# Work independently, strong problem solver and demonstrate a sense of urgency and an ability to be proactive## # # #
