The Enablement Associate will support and assist the Senior
Director, Content Transformation, and other RCM leadership roles in
the management and implementation of projects and BAU activities.
This role is divided into three main activities: Project
Coordination, Project Implementation, and Content Transformation
Leadership Team Enablement.
How you will make an impact:
Acts as a project manager for global team and business
initiatives. Becomes a subject matter expert in all things Content
Transformation. Facilitates business readiness and enablement of
key projects and BAU activities.
Researches specific topics, liaises with necessary stakeholders
to gather information, and makes recommendations
Designs project or initiative approach based on wide range of
feedback gathered from global team. Connects with all applicable
management roles to elicit approval before project launch.Often
leads project implementation efforts, acting both as project
manager and as project executor. Includes Excel data work, survey
and document creation, and other necessary work.
Enables and supports progress on strategic deliverables with MEs
and AMEs on the direction of Senior Director, Content
Transformation, regularly reporting on milestones, blockers, and
overall success rate at regular intervals.
Assists the Senior Director, Content Transformation by
anticipating needs and taking action - with direction -- in a
timely manner to quickly resolve any issues.
Builds and facilitates strong relationships across Content
Transformation, RCM, and Research, demonstrating excellent
communication skills that support Senior Director in being able to
drive and influence effective change and adoption.
- Facilitates collaboration among CT LT by planning and leading
regular meetings, leading internal communication efforts, and
spotlighting areas for further coordination
