One of our clients located in Cambridge, MA is looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support consultant. If you are interested in my full-time opportunity. You should have experience with process improvements, team leadership and/or servicenow reporting ability -2-3 years experience on Service Desksupport -Year up candidate preferred -Demonstrable process improvements made during their tenure -Experience with adjusting ServiceNow (creating queues, recommending changes to the system) for flow, insights, queue and efficiency"We used to do [thing] in a really inefficient way, i was able to create new processes to reduce [waste] so our customers [benefit]" -Experience with adjusting ServiceNow (creating queues, recommending changes to the system) for flow, insights, queue and efficiency -Complex problem solving with minimal oversight (refreshes, change management etc) -Leads with influence (big picture story telling, relationship building, creating urgency)IT provides---and this role directly coordinates---end-user support of more than 3000 laptops, desktop systems (Windows and Mac) across We have several buildings as well as telephones, printing, and conference room A/V, and a walk-up service desk. The work performed by a Desktop Support Specialist varies from day to day and as such the individual will need to be able to multitask often to ensure the work gets processed and the incident closure rate remains high.
