We are looking for the right person to join our Boston team in one
of the largest healthcare epicenters the United States. As a Client
Relations Specialist and engaged member of your team, you are
responsible for handling the needs of existing customers,
responding to inquiries from potential clients, creating quotes as
well as prospecting for new potential clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited
to the following:
Seek out and contact potential customers and members of the medical
and business community including but not limited to the Hospital
Management Team, Medical Equipment Planners, SPH Coordinators,
Purchasing Officers and Architects to educate them and build
relationships.
Coordinate customer/industry meetings with Regional Manager
Take incoming inquiries from new and existing clients as well as
handling phone orders for your territory.
Generate sales leads from individual research and by utilizing the
numerous databases and tools at your disposal.
Perform continuous market research to locate and develop new
customer contacts and sales opportunities.
Assist Regional Manager with project coordination, creations of bid
proposals and quote generation.
Conduct follow-up calls and mailings to conference attendees as
required.
Learn and fully utilize programs and databases used in the Client
Relations Specialist position.
This position generally requires work during regular business hours
and the ability to work a portion of your time remotely is
available. You will also have the opportunity to attend/work the
booth during conferences that Guldmann attends in your area, attend
customer meetings with Regional Manager, and participate in Sales
Meetings all of which could include evening activities.
Position is salary based along with a generous bonus plan,
excellent benefits and time off. Relocation assistance is
