Bank TellerMiddlesex Federal Savings, F.A.Medford Square (Riverside Ave.)
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m., and every other Saturday 8:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
Middlesex Federal Savings is seeking a full-time Bank Teller to join our team to accurately and efficiently process and record routine transactions for Bank customers. In addition, the Bank Teller will promote and advise on the Bank's products and services. Full-time Bank Tellers are required to work Monday through Friday and every other Saturday.
Bank Teller Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some clerical, administrative, cash handling, sales or customer service experience preferred
• On- the-job training provided
• Strong computer and communication skills required
• Demonstrates professional, positive, and productive attitude with clients and colleagues
• Acts in a manner consistent with Bank's motto that "We're here to help."

    Bank Teller Job Responsibilities:
    • Process customer transactions including cashing checks, accepting deposits, and withdrawals, processing loan payments, and money transfers
    • Responsible for maintaining and balancing cash drawer and daily work
    • Record all transactions promptly, accurately, and in compliance with Bank procedures
    • Perform specialized tasks such as preparing cashier's checks, and personal money orders
    • Answer inquiries regarding checking and savings accounts and other Bank related products and attempts to resolve issues and problems with customer's accounts
    • Keep abreast of computer software and programs used by the Bank as well as awareness of other products used by financial institutions
    • Maintain working knowledge of legal principles and documents related to job performance
    • Explain, advise on, and promote Bank products and services to customers
