*Job Summary**Multiple Locations in Massachusetts are hiring: RN Job openings at all locations. **Lawrence, Methuen, Haverhill. **All shifts available. **Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred. We are particularly seeking nurses with experience in primary care.**Responsibilities** We are currently seeking Registered Nurses. Registered Nurses provide nursing and health care services to clinicians and patients. Demonstrates strong nursing knowledge, sound judgment and assertive decision making. Performs nursing visits, assessments, evaluations and patient education.--- Must be able to don appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).--- Safely administers and accurately documents immunizations and medications.--- Reviews lab results and determines next steps for care.--- Triages walk-in patients and patients over the phone.--- Provides patient education (Medication, Asthma, Healthy Eating).--- Provides wound care treatment.--- Performs mental exams (SLUMS, RUDAS MOCA).--- Performs purified protein derivative (PPD) testing.--- May perform intravenous therapy (IV) insertion after training and validation if working at the Covid Infusion Clinic.--- Conducts functional assessments.--- Conducts vision screenings.--- Responsible for quality control of vaccine fridges, crash cart and oxygen machines.--- Oversees ordering and inventory of medication and vaccines.--- Follows OSHA standards, identifies potential safety hazards and takes action to remedy these situations.Qualifications--- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred--- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.--- Current MA RN license.--- Current BLS certification preferred--- Ability to work flexible hours, evenings and weekend coverage.*Qualifications** Valid nursing license in the state of practice.* Experience in internal medicine preferred.* Familiarity with medical documentation practices is essential.* Previous experience administering injections is required.* Knowledge of discharge planning processes is beneficial.* Ability to ventilate patients using appropriate equipment when necessary.* Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.* Experience in dementia care is a plus.Join our team to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients while advancing your nursing career in a supportive environment.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $33.00 - $45.00 per hourExpected hours: 36 - 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Vision insuranceMedical Specialty:* Medical-Surgical* Primary Care* Urgent CareSchedule:* 5x8* Day shift* Evening shift* Monday to Friday* Night shift* Weekends as neededEducation:* Associate (Required)Experience:* Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)Language:* Bilingual (Spanish/English) (Preferred)License/Certification:* Massachusetts RN License (Required)* BLS Certification (Required)Ability to Commute:* Lawrence, MA 01841 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Lawrence, MA 01841: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
