The Client Advocate plays a crucial role on our Personal Lines team, working closely with clients and Account Managers to provide superior customer service.



What you'll do:

• Be a sponge - obtain comprehensive knowledge of all agency systems and processes - - - -
• Provide clients with industry-leading customer service - - - -
• Work with the team and do whatever is needed to get the job done - have a "can-do" attitude - - - -
• Assist with Certificates of Insurance, applications, cancellations, and other client needs - - - -
• Learn and master our CRM system - Applied Epic - - - -
