Job SummaryReporting directly to the Cancer Services Manager and supports both the Cancer Registrar and the Manager of Cancer Services. The Cancer Registrar Assistant will provide assistance in the functioning of the cancer registry and the cancer program.Minimum Qualifications

• Education Associates degree in a health related field
• Experience 1-3 years of Cancer Registry experience preferred
• Licensure and/or Certification
• N/A
• Skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Computer skills required.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
