BLS, a leader in the ground transportation is hiring Dispatchers for our Operations Center in Medford, Ma. -Our history dates to 1975 and it's truly amazing but it's our future that excites us most!Available Shifts: 6AM-4PM -Friday > Monday -WEEKENDS Are a MUSTResponsibilities include:

• Coordinate scheduling of trips, chauffeurs, and vehicle to be used.
• Maintaining contact with Drivers to ensure the delivery of superior service to our VIP clientele.
• Monitoring flight schedules and airports activities adjusting schedules as deemed necessary. -
• Maintain and assist with chauffeur paperwork ensuring that all items are gathered appropriately. -Secondary Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting with other Dispatch Teams -assigning trips, vehicles & chauffeurs -appropriately. -
  • Assisting with other Reservation Teams -as needed. Answering reservation calls and inputting data accurately.
  • Various tasks to be determined. -The ideal applicant will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • -Experience using Excel.
  • Experience dispatching vehicles for a limousine company.
