Clean Harbors is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales and Service Rep to expand our reach in the environmental services market. This dynamic role combines sales acumen with customer service skills to drive business growth and deliver valuable services tailored to meet the unique environmental needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting our mission to ensure safety, sustainability, and compliance with environmental regulations, while significantly contributing to our top-line revenue growth. Identify and secure new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients and demonstrating the value of our environmental services. Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients by providing continuous support, timely services, and solutions tailored to their specific needs. Collaborate with the technical team to develop service proposals that meet the regulatory and operational requirements of clients. Conduct client presentations and negotiations to secure contracts and agreements. Stay abreast of industry regulations, competitive landscape, and market trends to strategically position Clean Harbors in the marketplace. Provide feedback to the product and service development teams to ensure our offerings meet current market demands and customer expectations. Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software Solid understanding of the environmental services industry and relevant regulations Ability to handle negotiations and close deals effectively Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Capability to work in a team and foster collaboration Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or equivalent is preferred Training in environmental compliance and hazardous waste management is a plus
