What You’ll Be Doing: - Creating functional, personalized treatment
plans focused on what actually matters — independence. - Completing
home safety evaluations (without turning anyone’s house into a
renovation show). - Educating patients and caregivers like the OT
rockstar you are. - Documenting in a user-friendly EMR that won’t
haunt your evenings. - Making a real impact — and actually getting

OTR (Occupational Therapist) in Massachusetts - At least 1 year of
clinical experience - Strong communication, organization, and
problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently, but also
collaborate when needed - Experience with EMRs preferred (we
promise ours isn’t a nightmare) - Home health experience is a
